13Right of Reply
In accordance with Part V of the ETCSA 2016, any individual who believes they have been identified or referred to in content published on this Website and who considers such content to be inaccurate or misleading has the right to request a correction or response.

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malawi, including but not limited to:
- Electronic Transactions and Cyber Security Act 2016 (ETCSA)
- Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2024
- Companies Act (Cap. 46:03) of Malawi
- Copyright Act of Malawi
The courts of Malawi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
15Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of this Website, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by giving written notice to the other, outlining the nature of the dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of the written notice (or such longer period as the parties may agree in writing), either party may refer the matter to the courts of Malawi or, where both parties agree, to mediation or arbitration under applicable Malawian rules.
